Here and Gone

"Here and Gone" is a fictional album by fictional band Plastic Ceiling Stars. The album is meant to have a fluorescent black light aesthetic, and it is focused on raising awareness for endangered species.

The album insert consists of nine cards that can be separated. The green and orange cards represent the species that are "Here," while the green cards represent species the species that have gone extinct or are "Gone." The green cards represent animals that were on the brink of extinction that have been brought back due to conservation efforts. The orange cards represent species that are most at risk for extinction. The pink cards are species that have gone extinct due to human negligence.

Conservation is an important topic to me, and I wanted to create something that brought attention to the impact humans have had on species, both positive and negative.
